    Description:
From the mountain hut of Madone de Fenestre (1905 m), follow the red and white markings of the GR 52 mule track which goes up in zigzags behind the mountain hut.
At the beacon 368 (2070 m), leave the red and white signposting, and take the yellow signposted pathway in the direction of the lake of Fenestre. Go past the lake on your right and climb in zigzags to reach the mountain pass of Fenestre (Col de Fenestre, 2474 m), above the beacon 369.
Turn back slightly and, at the beacon 369, take the signposted pathway on the right towards the mountain pass of Ladres (Pas des Ladres, 2448 m).
The pathway will cross a small ridge before opening onto a plateau which you will cross to reach the mountain pass of Ladres (beacon 428), dominating the site of the lake of Fenestre.
From here, follow the red and white marking of the GR 52 to the left to descend to beacon 368 before reaching the mountain hut of Madone de Fenestre.
